What is a good restaurant for a large crowd (25) in NYC theater district?

* Tony DiNapli's on 43rd--it's family style Italian so great for a group

* Carmine's on 44th--also family style Italian

* Angus McIndoe

* John's Pizzeria

* Thalia

* B. Smith's Restaurant

* Barbetta

* Churrascaria Plataforma

* Pigalle

hmm.. there were these two Italian restaurants in/near the theatre district and they serve like family style platters so huge for big groups.. I believe one is called Tony's Di Napoli I believe it is on 83rd and 84th maybe 85th and 2nd or 3rd Ave. There is also an Indian restaurant which isn't right in the theatre district but it isn't a far walk. It is called Mint. It's East 50th Street Between Lexington and 3rd Ave.

Absolutely Carmines!!!!

Better than Tony D'Napoli....most people compare the 2....

one word of advice...get there early, the crowds are insane...
