It's adware, you generally get it from looking at porn.
Try spybot: search and destroy, or another anti spyware/anti adware program. If all else fails, google the website or the brand (if not common) to see if other people have this adware and how to get rid of it.
Also, try disabling all of the addons in internet explorer.
