By the way, you are only 14 and you are likely to still be going through your growth stages...puberty. And being 5'11 and 145 lbs. is a very very normal weight for your height. You really shouldn't worry about it. Just eat healthy, and do some sit ups or crunches each day. Running really helps with losing belly fat, because cardio burns calories quick.

Well you should probably go to a personal trainer. As much as the T.V. says things, the diet drinks and foods don't really work. You could always find a training program on T.V. also if you eat a lot, consider healthy but filling foods. You can sit down and start doing ab work like sit ups, crunches and anything like that. If you decide to do it that way, make sure you start off with about 15 minutes a day then work your way up as high as you want to go just don't go over an hour!

you just have to cut down on what you are eating and no fatie foods and drink lots of water and run or walk for more than 20 min or you can try what i did but is hard is to eat just fruits and vegtibles for a week and you should lose a couple of pounds
or you could go on jennie craig 8)

A good balanced diet, watching your fat and caloric intake and doing lots of cardio. (running, aerobics, etc stuff that gets you sweating and heart rate up.) But your young and not that big. Just do cardio and various situps and core exercises..

crunches actually dont help u lose belly fat. they just help you gain muscle in that area.
you should eat right, and just do calorie burning activites

i do like 200 every night.

Eat slow, do krunchers...plank....sit ups....wall sits... And make sure that when you work out, you suck in your stomach to your spine as far as you can. That always helps when working out (:
