Christmas in August Dance?

You could have a decade dance party.

In other words everyone at the party would dress according to the decade you choose (say the 60's or 70's) all of your decorations etc would commemorate that particular decade

or

A 50's sock hop and all fifties props

or

Halloween Costume Dance where everyone comes as a Character relating to Christmas. You could offer prizes for the best costume
