How do I make my Adidas football shoe a little bigger?

Hi, I bought Adidas football shoes 3 years ago, and I only started using them last week, I wear size 7 1/2 normal shoes, my football shoes are size 6 1/2. I've played with them twice and both times the back of my left foot(which I shoot with) hurts so much that I cant wear any shoe for the rest of the day, so how do I make it bigger?

P.S. 1. The shoe is adidas

2. I shoot with my left leg

3. My right foot doesn't hurt at all

Bed Bath and Beyond or Walmart have these things called shoe trees. Real cheap they have a shape like a shoe and you can keep them in your shoes to stretch them out. They are adjustable so if one shoe is tighter you can stretch it more than the other. Stuffing them with junk like paper or socks just doesn't work.

Stuff them with stuff. Leave it like that for half an hour, then your shoe should have gotten better! And wow, you have great taste in shoes!

Use this kind of stuff. The bigger side goes to straight, the little side to the end of the shoe of course.
