Very windy today, would like to fly a kite, but how do I get it up?

Pick an open space to run with it, preferably not near any cliffs. Run until you feel the wind tug on the kite and make it billow. Let go while still running and holding onto the end of the string. Once it is up as high as you like turn and enjoy watching that baby ride the wind currents. Pull on string occasionally and run more to keep the kite from hitting the end of up currents and diving down again. Enjoy! :D

thank you for giving me this threat. I relatively have constantly had to tell somebody to bypass fly a kite.
