Pick an open space to run with it, preferably not near any cliffs. Run until you feel the wind tug on the kite and make it billow. Let go while still running and holding onto the end of the string. Once it is up as high as you like turn and enjoy watching that baby ride the wind currents. Pull on string occasionally and run more to keep the kite from hitting the end of up currents and diving down again. Enjoy! :D

thank you for giving me this threat. I relatively have constantly had to tell somebody to bypass fly a kite. If in ordinary terms i ought to. that's raining too lots right here now to fly one. an prolonged time and an prolonged time in the past, shall we purchase a kite for approximately 25 cents, otherwise make our very own with balsa wood, tissue paper and old rags for the kite tail. One afternoon, I set unfastened the kite on lots string that it took continuously to reel it back. via the time i became finished, my mom, father and 2 sisters had already eaten their dinner. That became a stable lesson for me. in no way set unfastened extra advantageous than you may reel in.

LOL.....unwind a long length of the string which is tied to the kite, have "him" hold the kite with you holding the string taut, and when ready, you pull the string and he pushes the kite up...hm, i think i used too many words to explain ...should i rephrase??

go in the other diction then the wind and ran until it gets up in the air
