Does the "dont eat late" rule apply if I dont eat enough?

Im a 16 year old boy. As such, i should be taking in a certain amount of calories. Now factor in that im a wrestler, and 6 days a week im doin intense strength and cardiovascular training. Ive done the math, ive looked up plenty of resources, and im apparently supposed to be taking in somewhere around 3800 calories a day.

I take in nowhere NEAR 3800 calories. id give myself 2600-2700 at best. does the eating late thing (it all turns to fat) apply to me if im not eating ENOUGH? i mean i guess it still turns to fat, but how much am i being affected?

Update:

not trying to meet a weight requirement, 5'10" 177 lbs.

11% body fat.

The don't eat late rule is a myth. What it all boils Down to is net calories. The amount of calories your body burns should be equal to what you are burning unless you're trying to lose or gain weight. One thing you should be staying away from are bad fats like transfats and saturated fats, but that goes for any time of day or night.

in case you experience like there is something incorrect, bypass with the feeling! detect a document which will take you heavily and do the exams mandatory to rule out each and every thing from hypoglycemia to a heart situation! I made the mistakes of listening to a document that suggested not something replaced into incorrect with me after I knew there replaced into. Now i'm a cancer affected man or woman. i'd have all started treament lengthy previous to now had I listened to my intestine and under no circumstances my document. shop pushing! sturdy success!

I think it's not so much the eating late thing as much as it is going to sleep right after you eat, and how much you eat at a time. Your body can only use, digest so much usable food at a time, what it doesn't need it will store as fat.

I am not sure, I normally eat late, a strawberry poptart right before bed, doesn't seem to harm me any at all, I consume around 1200-1500 or less calories a day as well, I say it shouldn't count for you either.

if you are eating less than you are supposed to than you will not gain an ounce of fat, provided the foods are clean. As for eating before bed, you are supposed to eat before bed to build muscle. over 75% of all growth hormones are produced during REM sleep. So if your looking to get stronger you should eat before bed.

Food will not turn to fat if you eat the right kind of food at night. Don't eat unhealthy things. Instead try vegetables and healthy food.

Burning up calories became child's play for me when I began visiting acai berry. I know they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they've been shown on CNN too. There's a free trial on currently at http://rycunmy.parfumrabais.com/ , try it, what have you got to lose?

Then no, I'd say it doesn't because not in-taking enough with your psychical fitness can be a huge detriment to your health. Don't risk it.

the dont eat late rule is not true.

    Look at it This Way

eat when you want or need too!

If you eat too much at day its bad

If you eat too much at night its bad

If you eat good amounts all day then your good!
