What do I file if my S Corp didn't make any money?

I started and S Corp in 2007 but haven't filed taxes for it because there has been no money made. Do I need to do something and what? Also do I file the "minutes"? I don't know how to do all that!

If you havn't made a profit, your fine. If you have, however, and hide it from the government on purpose, you may be fined for not filing. If you don't know how, it will be best to ask your local tax office for the correct information for your state.
