Help with food, please?

I don't know where to ask for this and I thought you probably could give me a little help.

My company offers next week a lunch for a foreign delegation of muslim countries. Any ideas instead of vegetables and fish?

Update:

EDIT: Yes, I'm going to hire a caterer, but the caterer only offers fish, chicken and vegetables. I wanted a fancy touch and suggest another kind of meals.
