How do you feel about cursing/swearing/cussing?

I personally have no problem with it.

I cuss all the time.

I see no problem with it at all.

To me they are just words, a part of my everyday vocabulary.

They simply show emphasis.

It's not like I am walking around like

"Your such a *****!!"

I just say them when I feel like it.

I don't like cuss around little kids or anything but I just wanted to know how other people feel about it.

Also, I don't say offensive words because I am Jewish and I know what it feels like to be the butt of someones crude humor.

Update:

Damn!

I didn't know this question would get such a response!

****!

Haha

There's a time and a place for it. But there are situations where it is totally inappropriate and rude, and some people don't understand that. As long as you're around others whodon't mind, it's fine. But the other day there was a man in the store screaming the f-word over and over, barely 5 feet from my two small children. I understand letting it slip occasionally, even in front of kids. But is that really necessary?

I grew up in high school with a Values Ed teacher always teaching us not to swear or cuss or curse. Especially if you're a girl. Because it's disgusting. So when I hear my classmates cuss, I am disgusted like they're uncivilized people.

But I swear or cuss or curse at some time when I am freaking pissed. I love it but it is for uncivilized people. My mom would kill me if I said "damn" or even "freak". Wth with that, right?

Its ohkay but at a point.

Some people are over the top just cussing people out all of the time and cussing around kids.

Theres a time and place to do that.

If you put a bible-pounding church person who won't ever swear and have them argue with someone who is willing to swear, the person who is willing to swear will be heard over the church person. The reason why is swearing puts more emphasis on what you are saying, people will pay more attention to what you are saying. It doesn't really make you look smarter though, lol. Swearing is okay as long as you aren't in public.

I don't think it really helps reflect you as a good person. But I don't mind it. Personally I try to keep it down on the swearing but I'm not afraid to. And depending on the words you say it can make you look really trashy. (no offense, really!)

mmh.. curse and cuss easily ,no good,if they are ''just'' words we can say anything in any occasion.although people today dont mind but there is still some old or preservative people around. maybe they say the dont mind in front of you but i m sure they might hate or hurt behind you.

    about swering...

i swear my answer is the best.

I do cuss, but only around guys, never around women or little children, and only when something goes wrong. like, stubbing your toe, dropping a wrench, slipping on an oil spill, not being fast enough and so forth.

Question: What do you think about cartman on south park always making fun of kyle for being jewish?

    sorry, just wanted to ask

It hardly ever bothers me because, I cuss all the time. The only thing I don't like about cussing is when people do it around kids.
