Can I go to a tanning bed at all?
I take a medication called Amitriptylin to prevent migraines. The bottle says to avoid exposure to Direct And/Or Artificial Sunlight While taking this medicine. There are two weddings coming up and in both I have to wear very light colored dresses and I am extremely white :). I am not sure if I can go to a tanning bed at all, or if I should just use a liquid tanner. Also which Liquid tanner would be the best to use?
How long will a spray or mystic tan last?

If you don't avoid sunlight you could get permanent pigmentation marks on your skin - you know, the ones that look like coffee stains! Please use a fake tanner instead! There are loads of good ones out there - Fake Bake, St Tropez, Clarins, etc. You could even save up and get a salon spray tan done instead.

Dont go to the tanning bed becuase you will just burn. The medicine makes your skin more sensitive to sun. Use jergens, or go to the tanning place and do a spray/mystic tan.

No - Your skin will burn & get blotchy and will look worse than being white. It happened to me just through a car window...yuck!
