    elk, lemmings, birds, caribou, butterflies, salmon, whales, tortoises

    swallows, monarch butterflies, humpback whales, geese...

    Where you are depends on when you see them. Generally they migrate to follow food, go to breeding grounds (where there is lots of food) or to avoid bad weather (and therefore find lots of food).
