Windows Live OneCare asked me to uninstall avast?

is this normal? If so, can i reinstall Avast after OneCare is finished installing? Or is this one of those virus' enabling itself with every click into my computer?

    The reasons of that is you have two or more antivirus software then it will mess up with TWO firewalls...

    You shouldn't have 2 antiviruses at the same time, so pick either Windows or Avast and don't have any others.
