What is the name/title of the anti marijuana bill?

There was a law passed a long time ago that outlawed the use, posession, and distribution of marijuana.

What was the title of that bill/law and where can I see it? There's got to be some government website that is required to allow citizens to see these sorts of things.

Well, pot was perfectly legal, and even prescribed by doctors as medication before it was made illegal.

It was finally made illegal in the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act. Law requires a card, that was simple never issued, effectively making it illegal.

Well, some of the cards were made, 1 or 2. The government uses them in their 30 year old program of growing and distributing pot for medical purposes to a small elite group of undisclosed people.

But for us who are not gods in government, good luck getting the card.
