Voles, mice and rats are all omnivores. Voles tend to be more herbivorous than rats and mice, which will eat just about anything, but they do eat insects and the like on occasion.
Shrews and moles (which are insectivores, not rodents), are carnivores - they eat invertebrates such as worms and insects.
There are thousands of different species of bird, some of which are carnivores, some omnivores, and some herbivores.

Ithink you can classify all of them as omnivores, The rodents will eat about anything, and birds can be either omnivores, carnivores or herbivores depending on which bird you are talking about.

Its hard to classify them if they are not categorised in specific breeds. All of the following have at least one species or more than eat meat.
