how do i take a pic of my comments with out a camera and post it on my page?

You see where it says F12 and everything? Well theres a button, "Prt Sc"
Press that when you want to take a snapshot of the screen.
and then go to start, programs, accessories, then paint. & click edit & paste. Then click File; Save As; and save it to where ever you want in your documents.
