Yeah as Robin has said, Epping does not have any bus service into central London or the West End.

However, Epping has its own tube station, and Central line trains run approx. every 7 minutes to either West Ruislip or Ealing Broadway. All trains stop at Stratford, where you can either use the Jubilee line or the DLR for access to the City. The nearest place your going to be able to get direct buses into the centre is probably from Waltham Cross bus station or outside Loughton tube station.

    Hi

As far as I am aware of there are no buses that run from Epping to the West End. Must of the buses probably operate under Essex County Council, rather than TFL. To get from Epping to the West End by bus, you will need to catch a bus to Debden. From Debden you will need to catch the 167 bus to Ilford and then the 25 bus to Oxford Circus. Or you can catch the 20 bus from Debden and get off at Leyton (Bakers Arms) and then the 55 bus to Oxford Circus. Either way you go, it is still a long bus ride and you're better off catching the tube.

If you're travelling late at night after the tube has stopped, from Epping you will need to catch a cab to Woodford Wells and then the N55 Bus to Oxford Circus

Hi, if you mean Epping in Essex, there are no actual buses that run to London, but there is an underground service that will take you straight there on the central line. Hope this helps.

Source(s): I live near Epping and have used this station many times.

Epping is on the London Undergound - Central Line Tube - and to be totally honest with you, the quickest way for you to get from Epping to the City of London is via the Central Line.
