why is phil jackson always unhappy/disgusted when lakers blow a big lead?

kobe bryant is supposed to be the best player in the league, pau gasol an all-star power forward and a good/great bench,

losing big leads, so does that make kobe a bad leader,

phil jackson didn't really have the problem in chicago, all he just did was sit and stand to complain to the refs about a call or talking to a player about a missed play on their part but losing leads weren't a big problem for them because jordan and pippen would get on there teammates about their defense,

so what do you think, kobe is not a good leader or maybe he's not intimidating enough to his teammates like jordan was to his teammates?

Update:

regardless of being 62-15, when the playoffs come that lead could still be a big issue to the lakers like in the 2008 finals!

I think you are reading too much into it, I mean the team is like 62-15. They are so much better than everybody else that they get bored. This may hurt them in the playoffs, but the season is so long, it would be easy to get bored when you are that good. Phil just wants them to play at the same level all the time, I can see why he would get frustrated.

Because when you have a big lead, you are suppose to hold on to the lead. If you want to win a championship, you need to put teams way. Do you even remember what happen in game 4 of the 2008 NBA finals when the celtics came back from down like 23 points and they won the game. That killed the lakers. He is just trying to make sure that doesn't happen again.

The Lakers in general are immature and lack on the defensive side of the ball. It's almost like because offense comes to easily to them they do not put in 100% effort on defense! I don't think Kobe is a bad leader, I just think it's a product of a young team, without a real defensive big man in the lane.

because even as their up, Phil Jackson leaves Kobe on the bench way too lengthy. And, Phil would not call time outs quickly adequate. Phil, has this stupid philosophy about letting gamers play it by capacity of, rather of calling a time-out.
