I've Tried Orajel, and Tooth-Ache Relief. Nothing Works...My Tooth is Underneath a Cap, and i can't reach it. Does anyone have any remedy's? of Suggestion? or a way to just pull the tooth out myself without to much pain?...I just can't take it anymore, the pain was so bad i haven't slept in 3 days.

Ok first off it does sound like an absessed tooth. This infection can soon spread and make you very ill and I guarantee your bill is going to be even higher.
You need to get rid of that infection. Colloidal Silver will do the trick. You just keep putting it on that tooth. Soak some gauze and let it sit on there if need be. Usually will go away in 3 days. Now the infection will come back until that tooth is taken care of, but this is a temp solution to knock it down until you can get in to see he dentist.
You can only hope and pray that you don't lose the tooth or have it affect the surrounding teeth.
I understand not having insurance or money to cover. It isn't as easy as just paying. A lot of dentists won't even see you until they have payment in hand.
You can also try a local dental school. They may take care of it for free, but just remember you need to get rid of that infection first or else the novacaine will not work and you will feel pain.
Try to save that tooth. Get a root canal and crown put back on.

I can tell you this. I have a three part bridge and last week found out that under one of the teeth, I have periodontal disease which is where decay has gone under the gum line. This week they have to go in and scrap it all out. I take very good care of my teeth and my dentist said something probably got caught under there that I was not able to remove with flossing. I had a root canal on that tooth, and my dentist told me that is why I feel no pain.
Do not even think about not going to the dentist. If this is something that is also happening to you, then it could reach the bone or even spread elsewhere. They will be able to tell with a simple x-ray which doesn't cost much at all.
The pain is telling you there is something wrong, go to the dentist.

a tooth pull is about $100, and the visit is probably $50, i'd just suck it up and pay the dentist the full amount. let them know you dont have insurance at the moment and they may cut you a deal. borrow the money if you have to. try Ibuproferin and tylenol for now. you can mix the two they both work a different way. have food in your stomach but you can take up to 4 ibuproferin and 4 tylenol at once. this will at least help. if you have real/good painkillers in the house even better (hydrocodone, etc..) good luck huni, tooth pain sucks! if feel for ya.

I had really bad tooth pain a few months ago and my Uncle who is a dentist told me to use sensydine toothpaste and he wrote a prescription for a stronger toothpaste that helped me. I couldn't eat or drink anything with out major pain. I did have to brush about 4 times a day and even just used my finger to rub the toothpaste on the sore spot for a minute. I don't know if that would help you or not but it worked for me.

Just because your gums arent swollen and you don't have a fever.. does not mean your tooth isn't abcessed. Please go to the dentist.. it only costs around $50 -$100 to pull the tooth.. You need antibiotics to get the infection down. Please think about how close that is to your brain. This is not something to mess with. Please go to the dentist. Good luck.
