help with my goldfish?
so today i am going to the store to get 2 fantail goldfish i already have to 30 gallon tank up and cycled and i was wondering since it has 2 aqua clears 200 which are the 50s running on it and if that is good enough that i would not need to get a air pump and stone

Filtration is fine and NO you don't need an airpump and stone.
Air pumps do nothing to add dissolved oxygen to your tank they are decoration only. DO2 is added to your tank by the gas exchange, air over water. Bubbles from air stones burst at the surface creating little to no DO2 in the water. Only air over water, filters, fountains, water falls waves etc are the only way this is added back to the water.
Your tank is fine with no air stone. If you wish to have it because you like the look that's cool but they really do nothing for the water or the fish.
