The Cathedral of Baseball?

Now that the Yankees have moved across the street from the "House that Ruth Built" can the New Yankee Stadium still be called or considered the Cathedral of Baseball? Your thoughts

    It can.....but not rightfully so.

I don't think there can even be a clear cut "Cathedral of Baseball" because there are still some other great gems out there, like Fenway and Wrigley.

But the New Yankee Stadium has not had anything huge go on, unless you count the David Ortiz jersey burial and recovery.

That distinction now has to be shared: Wrigley Field and Fenway Park.

    It lost all its significance.

I do think it looks great, though.
