When can I start using Chase branches?

I was a WAMU customer and they closed the branch closest to my house. When can I start using the Chase branches?

    I asked that at our WAMU last Friday and they said I can make deposits and withdraw money at any Chase ATM presently, but cannot pay credit cards, the mortgage, make deposits or take withdrawals at the Chase branches yet. But, they didn't know when I would be able to perform any of those functions at the Chase branches, either. They said I would receive notification with my bank statements which I have not seen yet.
