blue/turquoise eyeliner.?
Hello,
I have brown skin and my eyes are a chocolate brown color. I usually don't wear make-up but i decided to give it a try. I bought a blue/turquoise eyeliner, and so far I have only applied it to my bottom lid. Which I think looks decent. But is there any pointers out there for such a bright color on darker skin and dark eyes? Thank you!

If you want to wear it on your top lid, try to smudge it out some so it doesn't look as bright to you. Maybe you could wear an eyeshadow with it so that it doesn't appear so bright, as well. You should wear whatever color you want. Makeup should be fun. There aren't any rules.

For dark skin you should wear, onyx eyeliner, and dark brown and black but not 2 black eye shadows, the would look really good. But my advice, do not use blue or turquoise eyeliner or mascara. You should also use black mascara, and Gentle Pink Mineral Power Blush by Maybelline New York.

Well for darker skin and eyes I would go with some purple eye shadows (not too bright) and always some BLACK liner. Maybe some gloss too :)
