Who have right to define "human rights".?

Is not this subjective? Do you think a group of people have right to create a list of human rights and ask other group to follow it?

The UN defines it! All people have a right to their basic human rights!

The basic human rights are not really subjective! Every human has the basic right to food, water, justice, to be able to make money etc.

Allah has already decided all human, animals & others right. Next on earth Authoritative & decent & pious people have responsibility protect rights & where necessary make new or reform them.

these people must be highly qualified in religion & sociology & law then it is efficient.

either they are scholars or law makers/ judicial staff.

they are appointed by people or authorities.

Human rights are not not different religiously much but are various in law as the state is.

like weird laws in different countries.

    ex:

It is happening we follow rules made by a group you may call judiciary !

if we make ( being judicial part ) others will follow it , right !

Condition is judiciary must be in safe & authentic hands.

God himself has decided human rights. You can realise well if you really believe in God & his supremacy. Human beings have minimum basic needs to survive with dignity & honour. Those things are human rights. UNO has defined human rights, not a set of small number of people. You know just like basic principles of civilisation means understanding, co-operation, kindness, reasonableness, willingness to live & let live, people have basic right to live, study, speak, express, peace, security, justice, equality, dignity & honour... etc. None has any right to deprive anyone any of those things.

Only Allah and his Messenger, if subjective is the adjective describing this topic at least that way humanity can consent to be guided.
