my suggestion is for you to buy the shampoo and conditioner called RPR

rpr will help your damaged hair, make it soft and silky, make it look healthy and natural looking. NOTE- u don't need to put a handful of that shampoo or conditioner two squeezes are enough because rpr is very special and always work on hair! changing shampoo and conditioner will ruin your hair use a shampoo for at least 2 to 3 weeks then try another one if its not working. hope i helped you!

Source(s): i helped out almost everyone on yahoo with another shampoo and conditioner any they all loved it !

Your hair, like your skin, is designed to produce oil to stay soft and healthy. Washing and shampooing too often or with too harsh products dries it out and your body retaliates by producing MORE oil. Try to use very little shampoo, and apply only near the scalp, and focus your conditioner on the ends of your hair. Shampoo gently, and perhaps try using non-irritating baby shampoo. If you can get away with it without being too grungy, try skipping hair washing every other day. Your hair will eventually acclimatize to being washed less often and produce less oil.

There is no need to change shampoo every other week. Perhaps all the change and attention you are giving to your hair is shocking your scalp, resulting in your hair problems. Try not to overwash or overbrush it. Let it be for a month or two--don't apply any product, pull it back in a loose bun if you need to put it up, and wash every other day.

It's good to wash your hair every day. Also about the dandruff thing, use shampoo that makes you get rid of it. It usually says on the shampoo bottle

okay hair oily, I was gonna suggest this item: Navranti but that's some oilier potion. However the benefits of it are probably worth the oily condition.

Anyways with oily hair there should not be that much dandruff.
