Quick- I added too much sugar to my rice pudding- how do i balance it out?

    Just add more of all the other ingedients.

    Make a little more rice pudding without sugar and mix together. The only other way I can think of to balance it out is to serve the pudding cold and top with melted salted butter. When the rice pudding is cold the butter poured on it gels and is just wonderful!

    Personally, I feel there is never too much sugar in a dessert. Nonetheless, after you finish cooking the rice pudding, add about a cup of milk or cream or half and half. It will settle in nicely while the pudding is still nice and hot.

    your screwed unless you want to make more and add it then you'll have a **** load of rice pudding and i'll be over in a bit to help you eat it woooooo

    i don't know if you can. adding more milk would mean changing the texture of the pudding.
