Macbook pro shuts down?
I was working today when my mac suddenly froze, a "curtain" fell, and i was told to restart my computer. upon restart i got this error message:

Hmm, you can take this for a grain of sand if you want, as I do not know enough about Macs to give a good answer anymore. I've never seen that message or anything like it really. As I said, the last time I really worked with macs was back in the early OSX days. You could try zapping the PRAM, which sort of sets the board and memory back to factory defaults. On the other hand, it might not work at all. Start the computer holding CTRL APPLE SHIFT and P. The computer should reboot after a short time of you holding these keys on boot. Hold the keys and let the computer boot about 4 or 5 times, holding the buttons continuously. Let go on the fifth reboot and see what happens. Otherwise you might have a corrupted OS that needs to be reinstalled, you could hardware issues (which is very rare on macs in my experience) or you could have some other issue altogether. In other words, I've probably been no help, but I'm curious to know what happens. Please try this at your own risk as I have not had any mac experience in the last 8 years or so.
