If I am a Ghost phantom what I must do?

Firstly you need to get something suitable to wear -

Get a white sheet (clean is best, but I guess slightly stained would be okay), cut some eye holes and cover yourself with it. It helps if the eye holes are somewhere near your actual eyes but I guess it's not essential.

Next you need to find an audience -

Go to your nearest town or city centre and (wearing your sheet) proceed to run around with your arms waving preferably making ghostly noises (going wooooooooOOoooOOOooOooo usually works well for this).

Next stick to your story -

When the police (or men in white coats) come to take you away complain loudly that they're infringing on your rights as a Ghost phantom and that you were only indulging in a bit of non violent haunting.

Lastly, make sure you have someone recording all of the above and post it on YouTube (make sure you get them to add the link here).
