This is what i do and i have never lost once. You should have your pokemon to at least lv 55, but if you to stock up on stuff that will help you, you should fly down to Eterna City and run to the herb shop (right beside where the team Galactic building is)where you can buy

Heal Powder (heals all status problems on a single pokemon)

Energy Powder (hp goes up by 50)

Energy Root (hp goes up by 200)

Revival Herb (revives a fainted pokemon and heals them all the way)

you should have a lot of those so when your fighting them you heal yourself before you fight the next person of the elite four. Also you might want to have a lot of Leppa Berrys. They restore 10 pp of any move you pick.

ps. After you beat the elite four there is a champion you have to defeat too.

Training is the key, I do understand how frustrating it can be however it is necessary. I found the elite 4 quite easy (after about 100 goes) I but the bad news is when you do beat them and you have to defeat the champion, so while you have the chance just buy loads of items that will give you HP and also revive and fainted pokemon.

My advice level up and keep trying.

To win just level up your team some more. Level all your pokemon up to lv55-60 because you are not gonna beat them with lv 30 pokemon. Also buy some hyper potions and full heals too.

I have never lost to the elite 4 in any pokemon game so trust me levelling up your pokemon to around level 60 will work.

    Good luck!

  • Your Infernape is a good pokemon to start with, try Lucario, Floatzel, Staraptor, Milotic and Bronzong would be a good team to challenge the Elite Four.

all you need is one pokemon thats atleast 10 more levels than all the oppositions pokemon and you have a good chance now all you need are some good moves im just onto the same part as you and ive got a turttwig thats evolved twice and im a level 40 but i no im going to have to train but ive got some good moves like bite, razorleaf, earthquake and synthesize and ive also got a tooth that gets me to go first most of the time so its good if youve got some moves that are one hit killers like most of mine.
