I cannot send, forward, or reply to e-mial!?
On Yahoo, I cannot send e-mail. as soon as I click SEND, I get a small window containing cryptic info. I cannot enter anything in the box provided, and wind up with a #12 error code. Yahoo tells me if the problem persists; I should reply to their message! Very cute! with that, I'm dead in the water! Thanks for nothing, Yahoo!

If you are using Yahoo mail classic, upgrade it to the new yahoo mail by clicking the "upgrade to the all new yahoo mail" on the right side of your inbox page and check if you can send this way.I hope it is helpful
