Will a %50 off instant rebate on a $30 product charge me $30 and send me he money or will it charge me $15?

This book sleeve cost $30 but it has a %50 off instant rebate and i don't know it will charge me $30 at first and somehow give me back $15 or if it will just charge me $15. please help =)

    they will only charge yu $15 at the time of purchase.

    It will only charge you $15. Thus the term "instant."
