Has man really landed on the moon?

i have just watched vids on youtube proving that man on moon was fake. i think the reason is the cold war or whatever that is. and i also just seen the images of the jap satellite to study the moon. where is the american flag? the rover? or whatever "trash" aldrin and his gang left if they really went to the moon.

the vid i watched cite diff reasons.. i ONLY need one reason and that is the radiation or whatever dangers to human skin and our biology out there in space.... that is just not possible at all. and since technology is more advanced now... if it REALLY is possible for a human to land in moon in the 60s... why do they keep sending robots now??? like in mars and the jap satellite? i mean come on................ scientists have history of making greatest science fictions... like the dinosaurs, and man on moon... yeah... they spent billions of dollars so that one of the astronauts can play golf on moon! how F-ing retarded is that?! oh and the process of evolution they soooooo brilliantly "documented"? yeah.. where's the proof of that? you know ... like ACTUAL photos or videos? science has helped in a lot of ways esp. in the medical field. i just wish they lay off the dinosaur and human evolution fiction they had been manufacturing .. for what?

There are indeed a few "documentaries" trying to claim that basic physics demonstrates that the Moon landings were impossible. Unfortunately what it always ends up demonstrating is that the documentary-maker has only a rudimentary and likely incorrect understanding of physics. The fact remains that all the relevant qualified experts (including physicists) believe the Moon landings were real.

The thermal environment of the lunar surface is not greatly different from the environment in Earth orbit. The lunar surface (i.e., the rocks and the dirt) can reach temperatures of 250 F shortly after lunar noon. But the Apollo missions were conducted in lunar morning, where the surface temperature was only about 30 F. Nevertheless, the temperature of the rocks and dust is irrelevant. The astronaut is heated only to the extent his spacesuit absorbs sunlight. The Beta cloth spacesuit outer layer is about 80% reflective (as opposed to only 12% or so for the lunar surface), so it reflects away most of the energy that strikes it.

In fact the major heat load for an astronaut is his own metabolic heat. The astronaut has to wear a liquid-cooled garment under the suit.

It is really hot on the surface of the moon which is facing the sun. It will rise to 120 centigrade that much higher than the boiling point of the water.

But be careful, there is no air on the moon. So the temperature is only on the ground.

So the temperature is really nothing dangerous, the main danger is about the awfully intense radiation from the sun.

But what do you think about the spacesuit?

You know what material it is made by?

It can tolerate more than thousands of centigrades, and even can prevent nuclear radiation. So the little 120 centigrade is just a piece of cake.

Think only how much money would it spend, just for one suit, millions of dollars.

Opinion would not rely. What concerns is information. actuality: 2 adult men landed on the moon on July 20, 1969. actuality: yet another 10 adult men landed on the moon after that (between November 1969 and December 1972). actuality: 1000's of technicians and scientists have been in touch interior the U. I would suggest the person peddling this has no idea what they are talking about and any physics student can tell them that it is indeed a load of old crock.

I showed a similar documentary to my high school students that I taught one summer, and they all debunked all the 'reasons' we couldn't go to the Moon. The video host apparently knows less than a high school physics student, not more than a college student. It's very, very obvious to anyone with a basic science education that we did indeed land on the Moon.

Yes, people have landed on the moon and brought back samples. Your physics student knows less than he thinks.
