Denver Nuggets vs LA Lakers predictions?

I like the LA 55% Denver 45% chances.

The Lakers should win, but this will be closer than most people think. Lakers are trying to get the best overall record in the league, Nuggets are trying to clinch the Northwest Division. And the Nuggets gave LA one of their worst losses of the season last time around (granted, it was in Denver) so they will have an idea on how to get it done.

The problem is Andrew Bynum, who didn't play the last time these teams met, and K-Mart is probably still out because of his ribs. He will definitely create problems in the paint, but who knows how many minutes he's gonna get? Balkman, Birdman, and maybe even Petro will have to really step it up off the bench, let alone Nene the starting center. Hopefully JR can get "hot" from the perimeter on the national TV stage.

Denver is a very good team and well over the .500 mark but the lakers are probably the best team in the leauge behind Cleveland so I'm betting on the Lakers.

denverwill prob use the excuse that they couldnt hold kobe (the excuse all teams use) and defense failed again

Even though LA should win, I think the Nuggets can get the win in this one. They've been playing really well lately..I'd give them a 45% chance of winning.

Should be a great game

LA will easily beat Denver. LA is trying to get home court away from Cleveland for the whole playoffs, and Denver just got destroyed by dallas who isn't near as good as the Lakers.

I think everyone is automatically thinking that the Lakers are going to take this one, but I'm going with the Nuggets this time. They've been playing really well, and on top of that, they are the hottest team in the NBA right now.

I'm expecting a 9th straight win out of the Nuggets!!!
