Do I need an attorney to file a case for workman's compensation?

I got injured on a job from a drug free work place. They sent me to the doctor, not to look at my injury, but to check my urine. I tested pos for pot and they suspended me. Still owe me a days pay also. help!

    You were high at work and lost your job.

    How does that relate to workers comp?
