Use iTunes to do the conversion. In iTunes go to Edit, Preferences, under the General tab you should see When I Import A CD, select MP3 encoder. Then put the wma into iTunes which it will convert into a MP3.

well this is a hard question to answer, maybe that's why u dont get an answer. Well if ur able to get them onto itunes then go to it and right click it and click "create for iphone/ipod and apple tv" and when u do that, right click it again and click get info and then on the bottom it will tell u what file it is in, then go to that file and put it onto ur phone. ur phone should be compatible with mpeg4

You can go into the file that holds the songs on Windows and change the extension (.wma) to (.mp3) It will change them to mp3, but I can't guarantee anything.

Source(s): I just changed a song on my Windows Media and it still plays fine.

When you use Media player, if you right click on the RIP menu, you can select the format for the file - choose mp3.
