hello i might say chocolate nice for some weeks after the promote by skill of date your proberley be nice yet your each and every day calorie intake is ment to be 1500 energy an afternoon,1800 if your excersising be confident to take some multi vits to ascertain your getting what you like.Dont omit food or you will benefit weight your physique will think of theres no nutrition around and hoard nutrition as fat wish this facilitates =)
