i need the 411 on the people who sale or saled marykay or any other program similar.?

I have been doing Mary Kay for over 4 years and I love it. It is all about what you make of it. It isn't any different from any other company in the respect that some work for a corporation and love it where another person tries it and find it isn't for them so you can't judge on other people but you do need to really really like and trust the person who signs you they will be your go to person or the Director they are the one you will be working with and going to for questions.

As for the negative like I said some love it some don't and with anything you always hear more about the negative don't let anyone else experience scare you just be sure you are making all the decisions for you and not ordering because your Director says to order. I never had that experience my Director is Fabulous she explained all the information asked me my goals and worked with me as they have changed over the years.

bottom line you need to decide for you is the $100 investment worth to try and see? plus you can earn that back right now but you also need to decide how much you want to invest so once you get your starter kit read EVERYTHING go to all the training right away make time in the beginning to spend on your MK business the first 30 days are the most important and then after that you can do as little or as much as you want but my advice to all my recruits is always take the time at first to really see and get all the information then it is up to you what you do with your business.

The answer isn't simple because it have the flexibility to be whatever you want it to be but National sales Direct Kelly McCarroll makes it very simple when she says this the catch is you, you need to show up and do the work if you do you can be successful if you don't there isn't anything I can do to help you can't fail you can only quit.

Well my daughter fell into the trap of being a Mary Kay rep. she had party's with two other rep's and when she went on her own then that when they told her she had to sell X amount each month and this and that, she had to buy her own samples (which I paid for b/c she didn't have the money at the time) she was told she had to buy this and that and it would be $X.xx and ended up being twice as much, the rep wording "you have to put money in to get money"

I had purchased Mary Kay before and the sales person was annoying, she would tell me its time to buy this or that or you need this or that, I still had 1/2 bottle and she would say then you aren't using it right etc. I talked to my daughter and then she decided it was not for her, she sold the products she (I) had bought to another person that wanted to give it a try that could afford to lose $500+ before ever making a penny as a profit.

But to each his own. I will never ever purchase Mary Kay again, they paint a pretty picture, and it turns into glass of sour milk in a couple of days. .

I absolutely loathe mary kay people. They seem so....possessed. When I think of Mary Kay I think of a cult. And they are so frickin pushy. Why don't you work at a makeup counter instead?
