What part of Texas is that from??? I've never seen it on a menu in Dallas. In fact, that same burger was featured on an episode of DDD (Food Network) as a PORTUGUESE dish in a San Francisco restaurant! ..... I prefer NO cheese on my burger. I like the Dallas Burger at Humperdink's with sauteed mushrooms and bacon....
