Could be a spider bite. Is it getting worse? How long has it been there. It could just be a pimple, ( sebaceous cyst), or something more serious.
If it lasts more than couple of days, you might lance it and drain it or go to a doctor. Keep the area clean and you might apply heat to it.
Nice *** by the way.

I'm abosolutely sure that I know what it is. I have an e-mail that you can answer me back at. You're allowed to if you click on my profile. I am positive that I know what it is.
It's a larva, or a parasite.
I have no idea where you live, but it is common if you live down south or have left the country to go to central america or south america recently. These parasites are extremely harmful. I'm not kidding. It's definetly a bite. You probably only have one parasite. These little guys can be removed at the Emergency Room.

It could be a boil.
I've had a few before. Go to the store and get some Boil cream. It'll pop it and when it does pop you have to squeeze all of the stuff out. Whenever you shower, use the hottest water temperature that your body can handle.
If you don't want to do that, you can just wait it out and it'll pop on it's own, but it's going to hurt until then.
