I was just cleaning my ears, and notice that my left ear is very painful. I had to use two mirrors to see inside that there are black dots arranged in a circular pattern. There are also two small very painful lumps. The black dots look like freckles except that they look like they are imprinted in my skin.

I have searched on the internet and found nothing..I have very good hygeine and clean my ears daily..I am a female. Please if you know help me

Hi, I am seeking some serious advice. I am an 18 year old female weighing 139 pounds, and I am 5'8.

My last starting day of my period was January 20,2009. Itis now two months later, and I have not had a period.

I am sexually active, HOWEVER I am in a long distance relationship, and the days that we did have sex(protected, and he ALWAYS pulls out, even though we are already using protection..we use double)..anyways the days that we were sexually active were as follows...

January 17

I then had my period on the 20th...

Then, we were sexually active again on February 14, and my period did not come on February 16... Once again on February 14 we were PROTECTED AND HE PULLED OUT.

Here is the problem, there is no way that I am pregnant as you can clearly tell.

My conception days would have been from Jan 30-Feb 7..but I did not have sex in that time frame...

I have had increased discharge, where my underwear is soaked...

I have also had back aches.

I am very puzzled, and I am the type of person who would rather not consult a doctor because I can be a nervous wreck..

I did think it was just stress but now I am on vacation relaxing, and nothing has happened.

Please help me!

Okay, I am applying to a University which requires a Pastoral Reference. Unfortunately, I go to a HUGE church..and the Pastor does not even know who I am.. I don't know what to do, because this is my dream school. Please Help. I have to get one ASAP.

There are two kinds of people, those who can see both sides to an issue, and those who only see one. To have first-rate intelligence, I believe one must be able to function while holding two opposing ideas.

The depth of perception gives the ability to contrast opposing ideas. As an intelligent man, F. Scott Fitzgerald allows himself to see all of the possible sides to an issue. In the society today, having an open mind is often not an easy ability to achieve. Prayer in schools is a controversial subject because those who argue for it acknowledge the constitution in which freedom from religion is guaranteed. However, others argue that prayer in school violates the law of “church and state”, and also that school is meant for “education, and not religious observance”. I strongly believe that one can see both sides to the issue, and have a strong opinion to one side, yet retain an open mind for the other side.

The natural tendency to take a stance on one side or the other has become almost innate. However, when people settle too fast over one side to an issue, the pros and cons of the situation may not be addressed. In prayer in school, say one automatically believes it should be banished, yet has no supporting evidence as to why. This individual needs to think about each side of the equation.

Fitzgerald reveals that “first-rate intelligence” is linked to the ones who can take a stand on a topic, but never fully discount the other option. Fitzgerald reminds one to be open minded, and see both sides to an issue.

I am a Christian, but in the past few years have not been very religous( attending church and youth groups). I am strongly interested in Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. I love everything abou the school, but am afraid I won't fit in because I am not as religous as others. Please offer opinions.
