Healthy expensive food? All you need are fruits and vegetables. Lots of water. Plus some whole grain and eggs.
To drop weight, just do lots of cardio, about an hour a day of running or swimming. Also try doing crunches, lunges, and if you can, lift weights at the gym. Weight lifting increases your metabolism so you burn fat faster.
Remember, the diet is the most important. No junk food or sugary drinks.
For motivation, imagine being in a bikini right now on the beach with guys every where.

A way to make your weight drop in a really short time is cardio exercises such as running and walking. From running you're losing fat which allows you to get the abs you want and legs too. Other exercises are crunches, leg lifts and also yoga.

just eat little amounts of "healthy" food every 2 hours
so u wont be hungry all day and u wont get extra full
and then excercise everyday..30-60 mins
but seriously ur not fat
dont stop eating all at once or excercise too much
trust me itll all go wrong
ohh and "toothy" is right
brothers just say that to make u mad
