Should I get my car Fixed or just keep the?
truck? okay my sister wrecked my car back here in November i had no insurance ( hey money is tight) , okay i went and got a truck the neXT day didnt no i was getting charged so much 9,300 i still got left and its not a fancy truck its a 2000 blazer i talked to a guy and he can fix my car for 800 bucks im thinking about turning the truck back in and just getting my car fixed i can save 300 a monthly
whats your opinion????????????

Honestly... You really got ripped off. Then Blazer that you got is only worth about 5,000 dollars depending on the condition and millage and all but you most likely got overcharged by a few thousand dollars. So if possible I would give them thier car back and possibly try to fix the old one.

if you purchased the blazer from a car dealer, you signed a contract and now its your blazer. the dealer is under no obligation to take the vehicle back. you may be able to trade it in on a different vehicle or try to sell it but unfortunately its yours.
does the $9,300 include all of the interest on your loan? if so you will have a payoff amount that is lower. you may want to check on this?
