how are governments making money out of Global Warming?
It seems to be a sub argument of GW skeptics to believe that GW is some kind of conspiracy but for what aim and why.
A few examples would be welcome

Politics and ideology is at the heart of global warming denial - the fear of government regulation. Take away this irrational fear, and the denial of the science wouldn't exist.

It is more industries and organizations that are profiting from the promotion of it are profiting by getting their political whores elected to high government offices. The bubble, crash and following bail outs were generated by predatory speculators who reaped huge profits from getting out just before they pulled the trigger generating the crash. Then with each rise in the market they bought at the bottom and sold at the top siphoning off even more of the economy into private accounts. Then they talked the government into paying them with bail out funds to salvage the very institutions they had crashed allowing them to buy other companies at 2 or 3 cents on the dollar of their real value.
The names of three of the prime speculators, there are thousands of them, David Suzuki, David Rockefeller and George Soros. These three sharks have gotten the largest gains from the deal with their leader Rockefeller getting the largest piece of the pie by far. Just look at all of the bail out money that went to J.P.Morgan/Chase to buy up numerous banking and financial assets like Bear Stearn's and WaMU.

Basically the US and and selected capitalistic nations will pay poor nations to allow them, the capitalist nations, to use energy. The poor nations benefit at the expense of mostly the US.
