Which episode of the Golden Girls includes the line where Sophia talks about Dorothy's pet stick ("Scout")?

It was one when Uncle Angelo was there because I remember he said, "Man, we were poor." Or something like that. I think maybe the one when Gloria came back and had lost her money. And Uncle Angelo said that Sophia was wrong for giving Stan to Gloria just like she was wrong for giving Scout to Gloria. Now, that I think about it, I'm pretty sure that's the episode. It was a two part episode and a hurricane and Blanche and Rose were nuns for some play they were doing.

EDIT - Blanche and Rose weren't nuns, sorry, they were trying to save the McKinley Lighthouse. My favorite part is:

Dororthy: Stan, she's out of m-o-n-e-y.

Stan: Well, she's not getting mine.

Dorothy: She's not out of monkey, Stan, she's out of money!

That is was from a last season (7) and it's a 2 part episode where Gloria, Dorothy's sister, comes to visit after loosing all her money. A hurricane is threatening Miami in part 2, and Sophia encourages Stan to hit on Gloria. Dorothy keeps catching them in bed together.
