translating in to greek?

i found this Beautiful poem and would love someone to translate it in to greek. If you can do this i don't want it to lose it's meaning so translate according to the meaning they are trying to send across.

As we celebrate the season of rebirth

we renew our friendship as well;

rejoicing at the beauty of our relationship

and revisiting the twists and turns along the way.

Signs of new life are everywhere ...

the blossoming flowers that brighten our days

and the hatchlings that will soon soothe our nights

with sweet summer songs.

These promises are among the things that I notice

as I contemplate our special bond.

Thank you for being an important part of my life

and opening my eyes and heart to beauty.
