Japanese chef from Le Cordon Bleu ?
Can I be a Japanese chef if I graduated from "Le Cordon Bleu" university?
It uses French techniques which are the basics for culinary arts and also pastry & baking which is not common for japanese foods?
What do you think ?

Yes, you can. No one's life goes exactly as they plan. We have engineers who are cooking at steakhouses. And airline pilots who are managing restaurants. You will gravitate to the job that makes your life interesting (and pays the bills)..

Well, like someone else said, the Japanese are very smart, so I'm sure they know English, however, since the school is in Japan, they will be speaking japanese. If you don't want to learn japanese, why not try the school in London? That's a really nice city.

its all about the experience....obviously if its not an area of cooking you haven't done yet then no..... you should look for a japanese chef you could train under...it would take many hours but you would eventually learn the techniques they use...which in turn you could apply to the line of work you are looking for
