first time home buyer assistance programs? help!?
im looking for some programs that would pay some or part of some of the costs in buying a new home. I really want to take advantage of the housing market soon and would love even more to maybe have part of my home paid for by grants or other sources :)
I am looking for a house in STL MO, if that makes any difference.
the best things I have found so far is the MHDC loan, but I have heard there are other programs out there that will give money to first time home buyers.
any input is appreciated!

I searched First time home buyers assistance in St Louis Mo and got a list of No.
The churches are handling the assistance programs via community action .
attached is a link to make it easy .
Its not a pride thing , Its simply working where the need is great .
