connect your psp to the computer and put usb mode and then open it up so you can see the files on your computer make a folder on the root of your psp that says "Music" open the folder and then drag the music you want onto that folder...

connect your psp to your pc and just copy and paste your mp3 files or other music files to your Music folder of your psp..if you dont have a Music folder then create one together with the other folders in your psp..create a MUSIC folder to be exact..
