Which is better phone service all things considered? AT&T vs SPRINT?
I am currently an AT&T customer and am considering switching to Sprint. I have continuously received bad customer service from AT&T (was originally a Cingular customer) and after summing up the differences ( we do not want an IPhone) I think a Sprint supported Blackberry Curve is our best bet! What do you all think? Texting and regular phone calling is our norm but if the everything plans come with all they say they do we might use our phone for much more...

Don't base your decision whether to switch carriers based on their customer service. You're going to get good or bad customer service based on the agent you happen to get when you call. Some people care a great deal about their jobs, some couldn't care less. You're going to find both kinds on any service when you call in. Pick a carrier that has good coverage where you live and plan to use it, and pick a carrier who has the best plan for your needs.

At least where I live,Sprint has terrible coverage. We had Sprint in 2003 & they SUCKED!!!.The call quality was terrible, especially inside buildings.I have friends who have Sprint & hate it because they barely get a signal & they drop calls a lot.If you're only considering those 2 companies,I'd keep AT&T.We had them in 2005 & coverage was great, but customer service was also an issue. If you're considering all cell phone carriers, get T-Mobile.I've had them since 06 & the coverage is great.I get full bars everywhere.Their customer service is great.I've never been on hold for more than 2 minutes & the reps are very understanding. I would never switch from T-Mobile.

In my area, Sprint has terrible coverage and have lied about when that would change for years. The coverage that they had in 1999 when I first signed with them is the coverage they have now.
I still smile about the day I finally fired Sprint.
