    4th string, 1st fret. 5th string, 6th fret also works but my way is easier.

    Depends on what you mean by low E-flat.

    The lowest E-flat in normal EADGBE tuning is first fret- D string or sixth fret- A string,

    Also, if you tune your guitar strings down a half step, pluck the thickest string (I.E. what is called the low E string normally). The band Slayer does this.

    Its the lowest string, and largest on the guitar. It looks like the metal one on the outside of the guitar. You don't need to play any frets for a low E.

    The lowest Eb on guitar in standard tuning is 5th string (A string) 6th fret. If you need a lower Eb you would have to tune your guitar down one half step Eb,Ab,Db,Gb,Bb,Eb.

    I got Eminor, 5th and 4th strings 2nd fret.
